All service quotes, timelines, and project details are subject to site inspection and written agreement between you and our company.
All quotes and estimates provided by FCD Fairfield Concrete are based on information available at the time of inspection. Final project costs may vary if additional work is discovered during excavation or preparation. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with work.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Material costs and labor rates are subject to change based on market conditions.
Payment terms will be outlined in your written contract. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and credit card payments. A service fee may apply to credit card transactions.
If payment is not received as agreed, we reserve the right to place a lien on your property for the amount owed, plus any legal fees incurred in collection.
We make every effort to complete projects on schedule. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or unforeseen site conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your written contract and vary based on the type of service performed. Our warranties typically cover defects in workmanship but do not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.
Concrete is a natural material and will develop minor cosmetic cracks over time. These are normal and not considered defects. We use proper techniques including control joints to manage where cracking occurs.
You agree to provide clear access to the work area and remove any vehicles, equipment, or personal items before work begins. You are responsible for marking underground utilities before we start excavation.
Our work sites can be dangerous. Please keep children and pets away from the work area at all times. We are not responsible for injuries that occur to individuals who enter the work zone without permission.
If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover scheduling costs. If work has already begun, you will be charged for materials and labor completed to that point.
FCD Fairfield Concrete is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If any dispute arises between you and FCD Fairfield Concrete, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue. If we cannot reach a resolution, any legal disputes will be handled in the courts of Butler County, Ohio, and will be governed by Ohio state law.
